I went on Photoshop to use a landscape paper for my background photo. After
getting the landscape paper to appear on Photoshop I went on google and typed
in France to see what picture I would like to use but before I went to look for
my picture I went on settings on google images where it has the tool which can
make pictures large small and medium which in this case I chose to go for large
as I want to put enough things in my background. Eventually getting the picture
I wanted I went back to Photoshop and paste and the picture filled up the whole
landscape paper. This lead me to go back on google to go and look for something
to put on my background and I decided to use the Eiffel tower to make it more
realistic since the setting is in France. I had to go and use the polygonal
lasso tool to make the background from the Eiffel tower disappear so it can
look realistic as possible. After doing
this I went to go find another image which is a car and I done the same thing
of what I have done for the Eiffel tower and put it on the road to make it seem
the car is actually on the road. I believe that i could of added more things onto my Travel log that would represent me like a football player because i play a lot of football and have something that would make the picture appeal to everyone.

Experimenting with Text
I type a phrase in Bodoni in red, 36pt on 38pt and typed a phrase on a curve which helped me develop more with the tools. I have experimented with different effects with my writing such as fonts. Colours, and the size of the text. I also know now how to type on a curve and duplicate words and create outline to alter the shape of some letter using the direct tool. I believe that i could of put more shapes onto my passport cover because it looks like a basic cover and i could of made it more interesting and could of put more effort.

Final Photo
Firstly, I went to go to the photo studio to get
my photo taken and after that I took a picture of my teacher and went back to
go on adobe Photoshop to go and open the picture that I have recently taken. I
went on image to go onto layers and desaturated the picture to make it black
and white. After that I went to duplicate the picture. The picture I duplicate
I went on image to go on the adjustments to go on brightness and contrast to
make the picture darker or lighter.
I made another layer to create a black background which I
done to make it look like a passport picture. I would get a paint brush and I
would colour the background with black because there was white and grey colours
in the back ground. After being able to do that I play around with the
brightness and contrast to see if I would like the background darker or
lighter. The outcome of my picture is good because it took a while to recieve it and edit the picture.

Lil Wayne Tattoo Removal
Firstly, I went to my folder and opened up the Lil Wayne
file that was in there which took me to Photoshop document of a picture of Lil
Wayne. The first thing I did was go to use clone stamp tool so I would be able
to start to get rid of his tattoos. First thing I wanted to get rid of was his
piercing and what I had done was got the clone stamp tool and pressed ALT and
clicked the tool near the piercing. After doing that I would start clicking on
the piercing and it would fade away. I would do this with all the tattoos and
it ended up looking like this.

Background for passport
Firstly
I went to open up Photoshop and went to open to open the low key high contrast picture that I took
last week for my passport. After that I went on google to go research on what I
would like on my background for my passport. I have research for mug shot
backgrounds and found a picture that I would like to suggest to use. I went
back on Photoshop to go and paste the mug shot background and put it underneath
the layer of my picture. After doing that I selected the mug shot background to
go on edit and transform and press scaled to make the background wider so it is
a full background and that it looks realistic as possible.

Making of Cartoon character
Firstly, I went on illustrator and went on file to open a
new A4 page to create my cartoon character. The first thing I done was use the
Ellipse tool to be able to create the head, eyes, nose and the mouth of my
cartoon character. After doing the main parts of the cartoon I had use the
rounded rectangle to create the eyebrows and made the colour black to make it
realistic. I changed my cartoon character colour to light brown to make him
kind of look like me but I couldn’t finish the hair and the beard. However I would
think I could do better as in I could of put in more things onto my character like
I said the hair and the beard so It can kind of look like me but other than
that it looks alright to me.

Using Layer Mask
Firstly what I done was I went to go on layer mask to get a white background. After that I went to get a brush to see what the picture looks now to what it was back in 1904. When I was painting the picture I could see what the streets was looking like and what I did was painted it in half so I can see half of the 21st century vs the 19th century. This would show that I have the skills to do how to use layer mask and then seeing the background of the picture. The picture looks alright in my opinion because i'm showing half of the 21st century comparing it to showing how it would look like in 1904. The picture could be better if i done it in a different way and made it very creative and use different tools as well.

Practicing Indesign work
Firstly I opened a new A4 document in Indesign with facing pages. Then i changed the master to get 2 columns on the left and 3 columns on the right and increase the gutter to 6mm. After doing this i changed the margins to 10 at the top and 25 at the bottom and 15 inside and 20 outside. Afterwards i added a new page and created a text box over a column and paste the text i had into the column. This would change the leading to 16pt and changing the typeface to 11pt to sans serif.

Drawing with the pen tool
I used illustrator and opened up a A4 page to be able to create the shark and the love heart using the pen tool as this was what i was asked to do. The first thing i done was i pressed the curvature tool to start making the heart making a little line and then turning to a curve and round so that it can form to the shape of a heart. After forming the shape of the heart i clicked on it and filled in the heart with the colour red to show that i know the skills to use illustrator. This lead me to go and to do the shark as i used the curvature tool and started to click and click and then form a curve to how the shark belly and show my skills using illustrator and made the outline of the shark red.I believe that i done decent on the pen tool as it was my first time doing this and the outcome of what it looks it doesnt look that bad so i believe i done good but i would like to improve on the shark where i can put eyes on the shark and the nose and fill the colour of the shark with blue to make it much better.
